Welcome Alter Girls are based in Glasgow and specialise in alterations of wedding dresses bridesmaid dresses and evening wear. We have 30 years’ experience of alterations and have worked for some of the major Bridal Wear companies in Glasgow. We are highly recommended by Angelique Lamont Charlotte Grace June Brides and many more Bridal shops. Most of our new customers come to us by recommendation of our existing customers and we believe that this is due to the high standard of work we produce.

We also provide a made to measure service during the months of November to March.

We are open from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. Appointments are necessary and we advise that you book your appointments as soon as possible EVEN if you don’t have your dress – our appointment book fills up very quickly.

We have now opened the diary for next year so if you would like a Saturday or late night appointment please contact us as soon as possible. As we are very busy it is advisable to book as early as possible and if you book the appointment this year you will be charged this year’s prices.
