I bought this battery through eBay to electrify a short length of electric fencing in my horses field. Battery was fine for the first few weeks then started discharging very quickly. Charged and maintained the battery as instructions. Now less than 3 months after purchase the battery will not charge more than 50% and discharges within days. Have emailed the company through eBay - had no response. Emailed again to sales@startbatt.co.uk (address given to me by eBay) - still no response. You cannot contact this company by phone - have tried several times, they will not respond to emails. I want a refund or a replacement battery under warranty but cannot contact the company or get them to respond to my emails. My advise - do not buy from this distributor - they may be reasonably priced but when you have a problem they don't want to know. Buy from a local dealer - eBay has not been at all helpful in sorting out my problem and I'm not the only person having problems with this company.

bought a battery from this garage last year the battery had a 4 year warranty. the battery has now failed and I am having to charge it up every 2/3 days. have tried to contact the garage but no one answers the phone and mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message (this may be deliberate so no one can contact them) I am a care worker in the community so need reliable transport.
